For the content, prompts, reference images, and connected-account data you provide so we can operate the Services on your instructions, we generally act as a data processor on your behalf.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete the account and associated data within 48 hours, except for information we are required to retain by law.
We may send you service-related messages (such as account, billing, and security notices) that you cannot opt out of while you have an account. Where we send promotional emails, each includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor applicable anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@gopostnow.com.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
